Frank Simmons is a watercolor artist who is well known throughout the Florida Keys and Key West His style is impressionistic and his watercolor mixed media is simply a term defining his process of combining his watercolors and pen and ink with computer graphics. He is primarily self taught but has studied techniques with individual artists over the years. He is an avid fisherman and runner, but spends most of his time lazing away sketching doing watercolors and watching the world pass by. Frank and his wife live in Key West, Florida.
